FCC's of the Chicago Judging Center

These are the highest awards for flower quality granted by the American Orchid Society. 

 

Joseph W. Koss Memorial Awards

This award was established by vote of the IOS Board of Directors in 1992 to recognize the highest pointed award granted each year at the Chicago Judging Center or at an IOS Show.  It commemorates Joe Koss, past president of the IOS, ardent advocate for the creation of the Chicago Judging Center, and its first chairman.

 

National Awards

These awards are granted annually by the AOS.  Winners are selected from among the nominations made by all of the judging centers in the country.
