For fiscal year 2010, board meetings will generally be held at the Chicago Botanical Gardens preceding a regular monthly meeting of the society.

All officers and directors are expected to be present. Any board member unable to attend should notify the President.   Committee chairs are asked to attend.  Other society members are welcome to attend.
