For fiscal year 2009, board meetings will be held at the homes of various board members.

All officers and directors are expected to be present. Any board member unable to attend should notify the President.   Committee chairs are asked to attend.  Other society members may attend but, because space is limited, the favor of notification (to the host) is requested.
