Our volunteers and vendors work long hours at the shows and appreciate having snacks and drinks available when they take a break. The IOS budget for these items is very limited so we are asking all volunteers to contribute an item when they come for their volunteer shift. If you will be volunteering for setup please register for something non-perishable and leave it in the hospitality area. The Hospitality Coordinator will be contacting you to confirm your contribution prior to the show. Refrigeration is not available but items are usually consumed quickly.
